The vineyards (trained with Espalier system), are situated in an area which is fresh and particurarly favourable for this grape.

The grapes are picked by hand, processed and aged in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

It should be served at the temperature of 10° c.

It is an ideal accompaniment of shellfish, light risotto dishes and mediterannean pasta dishes.
