Harvest

Picked in late April, this full bodied grape variety, is well suited for premium wine productioin. Displaying premium Shiraz qualities with scents of black cherries and spices, and flavours of sansumi plums and pepper. Fine drying tannins are evident on the finish. The wine has been matured in American and French Oak.

Apperance
Deep red with purple hues.

Bouquet
Lifted white pepper, aniseed, dark chocolate and blackberries.

Palate
Medium to full bodied, showing fruit characters of plums and dark cherries. A luscious mid palate of ripe fine tannins.
